Deposits:
A $20 deposit is required for services for new clients. This is non refundable. However, if the appointment proceeds as scheduled this comes off your total.
Vaccinations ect
ALL dogs must be up to date on vaccinations for safety reasons. There are exceptions, please contact me about those. I CANNOT do dogs with fleas, ticks or any type of bug infestation no exceptions on this. If your dog has a skin issue please let me know as it requires extra precautions and sanitizing to prepare for the next client.
Rescheduling or cancellations
If you need to reschedule, please let me know 24-48 hours in advance so I can attempt to fill the spot. If the minimum time is not met, I have the right to charge half the appt fee if canceled late. Multiple cancellations without notice may require full pre-payment to get back on the schedule.
Doggy Daycare Policies
Vaccinations & Flea + Tick:
Dogs MUST have the following:
- Rabies
-Bordetella
-DHLPP
-Flea and tick prevention
Temperament Requirements:
NO dog aggressive dogs. Private play can be offered for dogs who are dog selective. All dogs will be fed separately, please bring their individual toys. Dogs MUST be kid & cat safe!

Pick up/Drop off:
Please text me prior to drop off so I can allow for them to look around without distractions and see the set up to make sure they're comfortable.
Please note if you are over 30mins late for pick up, you will get a late pick up fee. Some exceptions are to be made depending on situation.
